I didn't want to slam the author of this idea, I just wanted to utilize it as an example of the rainbow of disappointments we hurdle often. Yep, vodka & schnopps soaked gummies. I have one statement about this "Child death from alcohol poisoning". The amount of alcohol soaked over days into one gummie, based on child size could be deadly if ingested by an unsuspecting kid. I know nothing about the one whom posted this recipe- I just used the picture.What kid doesn't love gummies, lets just poison & perhaps kill them if they ACCIDENTALLY get ahold of one of these Adult treats. Oh well, such is life or lack of. Moving on......maybe we can hand them out at schools? Good grief people, wasn't jello shots enough for you? However, typical. Just one question, whats wrong with just pouring it a glass and drinking it? Must we add to our generational downfall of society in poor examples for our children and tempting teens?
Perhaps I have seen too many dead children in my lifetime and waaaay too many distraught families over unnecessary deaths. Maybe.....
I'm having real issues questioning everything. I do mean everything. I do my best not to compare ourselves with others, but I am frankly sick and tired of being the village idiot and having all the crap happen to us. I questioned whether or not it was Believer related or not. Is it because we publicly claim the chase? Jesus Freaks gone down? Whatever it is, I'm tired. The latest took me under. This is a public blog and I don't care is disclaimer to anything said.
This last week we were hacked. We had known for quite some time I computer was spy ed upon, we know our phones were tapped and our texts gone to third party etc. and so on. But truly never felt as though we had anything to hide. Bank accounts, all online accounts, we attacked this week. We had insurance charges added to our account for a vehicle purchased by an ex, which, some might say "trackable" yes, however. NO. It does give us insight who has been accessing our accounts now. As if we didn't know the entire time. We still have several things not reimbursed to us yet and that is aggravating, highly. first of the month bills all rejected, wow. Life is fun. So did we bring this on ourselves? yeh, kinda. I think when you post anything on the Internet you have made yourself available to the monsters. People no longer dig thru your trash, they just access your computer, your online fingerprint. The answer is to not use the computer or put any personal info on it or thru it. A little late now. Anything ever needed is now at their disposal.
Protection from what?
I deleted, no deactivated Facebook, only to find out it is permanently stored for our protection. Yes, you heard me, permanent. Any and all info we have ever put online/facebook is permanent. So............. Sounds Government to me... Big Brother. I really don't care. Protection from what is my question. When the bad guys find you, what are you protected from? Perhaps our view of whom is good and bad is the real question.
There is no greater time than the present for me to recall something a wise man told us when we were going thru a storm. He quoted scripture at a time I didn't want religion. He said " Make no appearance of evil" 1 Thes. 5:22. I remember looking at him dumbfounded thinking, Dude, do you understand what just happened? We didn't do anything wrong. His advice totally didn't concur with that moment however very much does so now. I understand so clear and its been ten years later!

*Say no to activities that coincide with the things can counterfeit your belief or attack your character. Recently, there was a theft problem at a business I frequented everyother day. The owner went on and on and on about how they had an idea who it was and how the ones they believed it was stayed long periods of time talking and doing extensive browsing without ever buying. As I left I realized, OMG I enjoy my very short break without kids and that is what I DO! OMG do they think its me? I ended up getting sick, kids were out of school and various things came up and I didn't go back for quite a while due to busy. However, what appearance did that make to the owners? Exactly. This week I evaluated my walk with Christ and realized something I had known for quite sometime. It amazes me how drug and alcohol issues can be turned around and called "delivered". People can be reintroduced back into groups as "recovered". But Character assassination appears irreversible. Is telling yourself "Jesus knows my heart and knows the Truth good enough?" h ow do you live in society if its not. I'm going to leave this post with this link...
